Meaning
Everything about my beloved, Ghalib, just wrecks havoc (is mind boggling)
What of her/his expressions, her/his gestures, and her/his grace/demeanour.
Explanation:
Everything about my beloved wrecks havoc on me. This is a sweet rebuke of the beloved, which hides an intense admiration in the form of a complaint.
My beloved’s charisma is unique. Her/his manner of expression, the gestures she/he makes, the way in which she/he carries herself/himself – I am just madly smitten with love by her/his every move.
While this is a description of the beloved, it can be equally the description of any charismatic personality. We get charmed by such peoples’ very presence.
The way they talk, walk, gesture, look, smile – they just rule our hearts. One cannot but lose oneself to such charm.
